Job Summary

Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, content creation, social media, and digital analytics.

You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support global campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a 100% remote position that offers hands‑on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, newsletters, etc.).
• Monitor and update company social media accounts and track performance metrics.
• Support SEO efforts by researching keywords and updating website content.
• Help manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) under guidance.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Prepare reports and dashboards showing campaign performance and analytics.
• Maintain organized marketing materials, digital libraries, and brand assets.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
• Ability to create simple graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
• Experience creating short‑form videos or social media reels.
• Understanding of marine, industrial, or technology‑related industries is a plus.
