Plan B Talent Ltd are partnering with a leading international procurement and business services organisation to hire a commercially driven Digital Marketing Coordinator .

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketer who thrives on performance, paid media, lead generation and measurable growth while still enjoying exposure to brand, content and multi-market marketing activity across Europe.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing activity across multiple European markets, driving new business acquisition and strengthening engagement with existing clients.

This role leans heavily into paid digital performance and lead generation, while also offering broader exposure across campaign coordination, marketing technology, analytics and regional brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Lead Generation

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (including Google Ads and performance-led channels)
  • Contribute to multi-touch lead generation and nurturing programmes
  • Apply SEO and landing page best practices to improve conversion performance
  • Work within marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot or similar) to support campaign workflows
  • Ensure digital marketing activity aligns with revenue and pipeline objectives

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Create and adapt engaging digital content to drive acquisition and engagement (through briefings with graphic designers)
  • Support coordinated campaigns across multiple European markets
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives including trade events and regional activities
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels

Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Track and analyse campaign performance across digital channels
  • Translate data into actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Report on KPIs linked to lead generation and growth

Marketing Technology & Enablement

  • Work with platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, CMS systems (e.g. Drupal), and Google Tag Manager
  • Support integration of emerging digital tools and AI-driven capabilities
  • Help improve marketing effectiveness through smart use of technology

About You

We’re looking for a digitally confident marketer who is commercially minded and performance-driven.

You will bring:

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategy and lead funnel management
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and web content management
  • Solid grasp of SEO, landing page optimisation and digital performance metrics
  • Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into action
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English and German is essential. Additional European languages are advantageous (Spanish & Italian).

Openness to travel; whilst the role is hybrid there will be occasions throughout the year where you may be required to travel to different countries to support with certain trade events.

Experience within B2B environments or supporting sales-driven organisations would be beneficial.
