Your Role

Coordinate digital marketing and communication activities across the EMEA region, translating central marketing strategies into effective local initiatives. Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.

The position is based at our Neuenstadt am Kocher office, but can also be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data‑driven campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Develop multi‑channel campaigns (Google/YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, e‑mail, third‑party advertising)
• Create engaging content with a storytelling approach (customer stories, videos, social posts)
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs
• Coordinate with local marketing teams on regional and global campaigns
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets
• Collaborate with external agencies and oversee projects
• Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEMrush to track performance and optimize campaigns

Your Profile

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Management
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, and SMO
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce / MS Dynamics, MS Office, and SEMrush
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
