Position Overview – Omnichannel Orchestrator

The Omnichannel Orchestrator is a key role within our Omnichannel Strategy & Orchestration practice. Reporting to the Sr. Director Customer Experience and Operations, you will partner with Indegene colleagues and client teams to design, develop, and launch omnichannel marketing programs for healthcare clients, including HCPs, patients, caregivers, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients envision, plan, build, and deliver customer engagements and experiences through omnichannel tactics, including field, digital, and traditional channels (Rep, RTE, Web, Email, SEM, Social, Media, Webinars, chat, print, and direct mail).
• Identify strategic directions, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellence.
• Manage projects, prioritize initiatives, and monitor deliverables across partner teams.
• Develop benchmarks and KPIs for tactics in partnership with the analytics team and recommend optimizations across tactics.
• Assess business needs and create requirements for omnichannel campaigns, digital analytics, and content/web assets.
• Own and manage projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Support campaign management and act as the Single Point of Contact.
• Provide guidance on client‑relevant processes and facilitate approvals.
• Consult key business users on omnichannel digital tactics, compliance nuances, technology platforms, channels, and customer engagement tactics.
• Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations, communicating insights effectively.
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, external agencies, and Indegene colleagues.

Requirements

• Multichannel and omnichannel marketing and digital channel experience is a must.
• Experience as a Martech consultant with a strong understanding of marketing technology tools and strategies.
• Brand launch experience and brand management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management skills and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations, explaining complex problems with simple solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital operations and strategy.
