Location: Germany – Munich (Commercial/Sales Operations, regular).

We are looking for a Manager – Digital Marketing Operations to elevate our omnichannel activities, shape digital infrastructure, and enhance customer engagement through innovative digital channels and engagement journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to BU marketing and sales teams, co‑developing and executing omnichannel strategies and campaigns that strengthen market leadership and deliver a seamless, customer‑centric experience.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Drive a KPI‑oriented, end‑to‑end planning and execution approach for omnichannel campaigns; proactively engage stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimisation recommendations in collaboration with SFE and BA teams.
  • Digital Channel Expertise: Provide strategic and technical guidance for the development, launch and continuous improvement of digital engagement channels and media platforms.
  • Content & Asset Management: Support the maintenance and enhancement of digital content across selected engagement channels; enable modular content strategies and asset management to ensure agility and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between marketing teams, digital agencies and international headquarters to ensure effective execution of brand strategies and infrastructure rollouts.
  • Innovation Enablement: Champion a culture of digital innovation by promoting emerging technologies and new engagement channels; stay abreast of latest digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Academic Background: University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally within the biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and customer engagement across digital touchpoints.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore and Veeva.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Accountability & Precision: High ownership of accuracy, reliability and timeliness of key data and reporting deliverables.
  • Digital Mindset: Passion for digital innovation and continuous learning with a proactive approach to emerging trends.
