What Youll Be Doing

Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Work hands-on with Google Ads campaigns

Conduct market research and performance analysis

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs

Deliver data-driven insights based on trends and metrics

What Were Looking For

Fluent German (C1–C2)

English B2 or higher

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory, including solid knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings).

Background in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Performance Marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon
