About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist , youll support high-value clients in improving the performance of their digital advertising campaigns. Youll work with Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms to build optimization strategies that drive measurable results.

What Youll Do

Manage and improve Google Ads and social media ad performance

Create keyword packs, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations

Optimize campaigns across Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube

Analyze campaign data and trends to generate actionable insights

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs

Excel knowledge (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Senior (SPE): Minimum 12 months experience in Ads Optimization (Google Ads preferred; Meta, Instagram or LinkedIn Ads also relevant)

Junior (PE): Degree in Marketing or related field, internship experience is a plus

Location: LACS Anjos, Lisbon (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
