Digital Marketing & Web Performance Manager (m/f/d)

Fulltime | Remote possible
You will become part of our FRS marketing team and actively shape the digital presence of the FRS Group and its entities. This includes, among others, the ferry services of FRS Helgoline, FRS Syltfähre, and FRS Elbfähre.
Together with us, you will further develop our websites and digital platforms, ensuring that decisions are based on reliable data and that all measures deliver measurable success.

Your responsibilities

Websites & Platforms

• You further develop our websites and optimize them in terms of performance, user experience, and SEO
• You ensure quality, standards, and web governance across the FRS Group
• You make our digital activities measurable and manage them based on data

SEO & Digital Visibility

• You further develop and implement the group-wide SEO strategy
• You analyze performance, derive optimizations, and use relevant tools (e.g., SISTRIX)
• You evaluate new developments such as AI-based search and apply them strategically

Analytics & Tracking

• You are responsible for web tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and further develop tracking setups
• You analyze data, create reports, and derive concrete actions
• You work closely with internal teams and international subsidiaries and ensure group-wide standards

Your profil

• Several years of experience in a digital environment with a focus on websites, SEO, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SISTRIX
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into concrete actions
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style, with an interest in new developments, especially AI-based search
• Very good German and English skills; international experience is a plus but not required
