About the job

Step into this position and take ownership from vision to value. You design, validate and launch digital offers that align with customer needs and business strategy. You prototype solutions, run pilots, refine business models, and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver customer‑ready solutions and ensure their continuous improvement. Translating technical products into user‑centric, value‑driven solutions, while navigating compliance, data privacy, and operational continuity is an important part of your job. This role is collaborative and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment. By navigating ambiguity with confidence, you act with purpose and focus on creating solutions that deliver real value to customers.

The location for this position is flexible within Europe, preferably close to one of our sites. We offer you a hybrid solution and some travel is part of your job.

Your profile

You hold a degree in Engineering, Business, or Digital Management, and bring hands‑on experience in shaping and scaling digital and service‑led offers, ideally within industrial technology, manufacturing, or B2B software and services. You understand the full lifecycle of an offer: identifying customer value, defining the business model, validating the solution, and driving adoption and scaling in the market.

Comfortable operating across both technical and commercial environments, you partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and tech teams to turn ideas into measurable outcomes. You use modern digital tools and emerging technologies (including AI) to accelerate insights, prototype solutions, and validate assumptions. Experience with Agile, Lean, or Product Management frameworks is an advantage, and you communicate confidently in English.
