Digital Operations Service Management

In this position, you take responsibility for Digital Operations Service Management based on ITIL best practices. You use the Krones platform as the central service management system and ensure a stable, efficient, and transparent operation of our digital services and the connected base throughout their entire lifecycle.

You ensure the end‑to‑end mapping and implementation of these processes within the systems in use. In addition, you establish standardized processes, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and consistent data and system integration, thereby making a significant contribution to the quality and reliability of our digital operations services.
