Digital Procurement Transformation Lead (m/f/d)

I am partnered with a global market leading manufacturing company that designs and produces specialised equipment for the automotive industry. Their products are well known globally and are used by millions worldwide on a daily basis. With a presence in over 30 countries, they're searching for a senior professional to lead their digital procurement transformation plans on a global basis.

Responsibilities: Define and lead the global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) strategy across procurement, driving digitalisation, standardisation, compliance, and operational excellence at scale. Responsible for AI-enabled procurement transformation, leveraging advanced analytics and automation to optimise processes, enhance predictive decision-making, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Establish and manage strategic partnerships for API-based eCatalog integration with global suppliers, fully aligned with the organisation’s digital procurement framework. Govern the global P2P control framework within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring regulatory compliance, harmonized processes, and system consistency across all regions. Act as Global Process Owner for procurement applications, driving user adoption, capability building, and continuous improvement across the organization. Lead complex, global digital transformation programs end-to-end — from strategy development and stakeholder alignment to execution, change management, and executive communication.

Experience Required: Bachelors degree 10+ years of procurement / supply chain experience, focusing on digital transformation Proven experience governing global P2P control frameworks within SAP S/4HANA Specialist in applying data-driven intelligence and predictive analytics to emerging SCM technologies, delivering automation, efficiency gains, and sustained operational excellence.
