Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international soft commodity trading house looking to onboard a digital product owner to be based in London.

About the Role

As the Digital Product Owner, you’ll define and drive the roadmap for digital tools supporting first mile operations. Working closely with transformation, IT, and origin teams, you’ll be responsible for capturing requirements, designing solutions, prioritising development, and championing the end user experience. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands‑on, and passionate about delivering meaningful digital change in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritising features and adapting to new insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user stories and gather business requirements
• Identify opportunities to digitise and optimise first mile data processes and usability
• Ensure smooth communication between business users and development teams
• Lead testing, gather feedback from field operations, and iterate product features
• Act as the key bridge between global IT, business units, and local origin teams
• Travel to key origins to understand operational challenges and user environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years’ experience in product ownership or digital transformation roles
• Experience in soft commodities or agricultural field operations
• Strong understanding of data‑driven product design and user‑centric solutions
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s or MBA is advantageous
