Digital Sales Consultant

We're expanding our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services across the UK. We're hiring a Digital Sales Consultant to handle remote and online leads.

The Role:
You'll engage clients via phone or online channels, present services, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert online and warm leads into confirmed bookings.

• Recommend appropriate cleaning services.

• Maintain CRM data and track client interactions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

1. 2+ years' experience in telesales, direct, or digital sales.

2. Professional English communication skills.

3. Able to work independently remotely.

4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

5. Calm under pressure; handles rejection professionally.

6. Proven record of phone or digital sales success.

7. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.

8. CRM experience for tracking leads.

9. Skilled in negotiation and client issue resolution.
