Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of customers in a designated region, including new and existing accounts (e.g., top accounts, enterprise accounts, public/healthcare segment)
- Proactively sell the full HPE product portfolio, considering corporate strategy and industry trends, and handle transaction processing
- Analyze customer industries and competitive situations to tailor the HPE portfolio to client needs and goals
- Manage and optimize projects, including creating development forecasts (forecasts)
- Participate in product campaigns to boost sales and generate new projects, and build your own network
- Up‑and cross‑sell IT solutions in line with customer retention strategy
Qualifications
- Education background varied – university degree, apprenticeship, or career‑switchers welcome; IT‑sales experience preferred
- Strong interest in IT sales, communicative and open manner
- High degree of autonomy, pro‑activeness, and willingness to learn
- Initial sales experience, ideally in an IT‑related technical environment
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
