We are expanding our Digital Solution Advisory team for Human Capital Management (HCM) to enhance our services in the Middle and Eastern European region, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and various Eastern European countries. Job Profile

As a Digital Solution Advisor, you’ll act as a subject‑matter expert of our SAP SuccessFactors Suite, engaging directly with potential customers and partners, demonstrating how our solutions create real business value. Working closely with SAP sales teams and partners, your goal is to guide these conversations toward successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Deliver creative and remarkable customer presentations.
• Showcase SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements.
• Assess customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution.
• Respond to RFx inquiries within set deadlines.
• Involve partners into opportunities and back them to sell effectively.
• Generate digital content for business development campaigns and deliver webinars.
• Create scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services.

Experience and Language Requirements

• 2+ years in customer‑facing roles such as consulting, presales, or product‑expert roles such as product/solution management, or alternatively an HR business expert role.
• Strong foundation of SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar Human Experience Management solution) or alternatively HR functional and process knowledge with a specialization in at least one of the following areas:
  • HR Core & Organizational Management
  • Payroll
  • Time Tracking
  • HR Reporting and Analytics
• Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong motivation to continuously learn about new technical innovations and expand HR expertise.
• Solid grounding in SAP’s solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed.
