As a Digital Solution Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of Azure Digital Solution Engineers who act as trusted advisors and subject matter experts in Azure. You will guide customers through their Cloud & AI transformation journey, helping them realize business priorities through cloud computing. Your team will assist customers in evaluating applications and business requirements, recommending tailored solutions, and demonstrating cutting-edge technologies to win technical decisions. Responsibilities

• Team Coaching: Create team goals with DSEs to drive ACR revenue using a consistent coaching rhythm and the Model, Coach, and Care framework.
• Customer Focus: Dedicate each week to building relationships with IT leaders, business decision-makers, and developers; gain insights into their needs; expand networks via social channels; seek new opportunities.
• Partners Management: Establish a cadence with prioritized partners, emphasizing collaboration, go-to-market strategies, accountability, and ambitious goals; guide the team to strengthen partner relationships to accelerate Infra, Data, AI, and Apps initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Secure support from key stakeholders inside and outside the organization; remove barriers and coordinate resources to ensure smooth engagements.
• Pipeline Management: Use tools to turn leads into opportunities; update progress weekly and accurately target customers to convert milestones.
• Continuous Learning: Foster a learning culture to stay updated on new technologies, partner solutions, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• Either:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Equivalent experience
• Several years of people management experience (including leading virtual teams)
