We are looking for a Digital Solutions Expert Automation & Analytics (m / f / d) to join our team at KWS Berlin GmbH. In this role you will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence by combining expertise in automation and analytics. You will identify opportunities, design and implement impactful solutions and lead projects that support our digital transformation and business objectives. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners and Functional Automation Leads to develop solutions in: Data Analytics; Business Intelligence; Business Process Automation; AI driven solutions (e.g. using Copilot Studio)
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
• Act as a knowledgeable counterpart to external implementation partners ensuring alignment with internal standards and needs.
• Manage analytics and automation environments across design, development, testing and production stages.
• Ensure system stability, capacity planning and effective coordination of the solution portfolio.
• Support IT teams in planning, designing, implementing and integrating applications related to Intelligent Process Automation, Business Intelligence and Workflow Integration.
• Foster analytics and automation capabilities within Global Business Operations (GBO) departments aligned with the organizational strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance clarity and transparency with established governance frameworks, methodologies and processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply structured methodologies to address complex challenges.
• Mentor colleagues to build digital competencies.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and process understanding.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics; Business Intelligence; Intelligent Process Automation; or Agentic AI.
• Desirable knowledge with Microsoft Power Platform full suite, Copilot Studio and SAP (Analytics Cloud and Datasphere)
• International project management and Agile methodologies experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• A data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
