DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION EXPLORER (SENIOR GRADE) (m/f/d) Anytime, Full-time, at our Hive in Munich or at our Oldenburg location

Your mission

You’ll take responsibility for designing and implementing digital transformation projects
You’ll develop target operating models, digital process strategies, and guide clients through their journey from analog to digital
You’ll lead project teams and support the professional development of your colleagues on projects
You’ll identify data-driven optimization potential and support the selection and implementation of technologies (e.g., Celonis, SAP, Power BI, Coupa)
You’ll actively contribute to the further development of H&Z.digital and help shape our growth

Your profile

A completed Master’s degree or MBA/PhD in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in management or digital consulting, ideally with a focus on process management, procurement, or IT systems
Deep knowledge of digital process analysis, data & process mining, BI, or automation solutions
Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Fluent German and English skills
