Your profile

• Degree in business administration, digital management, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in digital project or transformation management—ideally from an international tech or consulting environment
• Successful experience in the rollout and adoption management of digital products in complex organizational structures
• Strong understanding of KPI-based management, efficiency gains, software and learning product adoption
• High problem-solving skills, clear communication and assertiveness in cross-functional environments
• Experience with Salesforce strategies, rollout governance and project management
• Business fluent German and English skills

Your tasks

• You roll out our digital products across the Reifenhäuser Group and make them scalable and usable.
• You actively support the implementation of the global Salesforce strategy with a clear focus on KPIs, standardization, and process improvement.
• You will take end-to-end ownership of rollout concepts, adoption tracking, and efficiency reporting.
• You will implement learning opportunities for onboarding and systematic knowledge building—group-wide, multilingual, and measurable.
• You will implement AI products in the business units and continuously develop their use and efficiency gains.
• You will conduct workshops with business units and internal teams from sales, service, and project planning and transfer the results to NEXT AI and NEXT Learning
• You will be responsible for internal AI workshops to empower our employees with the latest tools, trends, and ROI logic
