Employment details
Position: Full‑time or part‑time, minimum 32 h/week. Work mobile in Germany up to 60 % of average weekly hours, with mobile work from abroad up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Introduce new ideas and identify opportunities for optimization, further development, and digitalisation of commercial processes in the service business for country organisations on a global scale.
- Support the Customer Services Finance (CS FI) Business Intelligence portfolio with your strong IT background and extensive digitalisation experience to jointly drive finance digitalisation and achieve departmental goals.
- Take end‑to‑end responsibility for projects and processes throughout their entire lifecycle (organisational, procedural, technological) using a systemic approach.
- Develop tools and solutions for a holistic view and scenarios for future business development, taking into account existing IT and system architecture, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform, and improve the associated end‑to‑end processes.
- Implement new digital working methods and processes, lead and facilitate digital workshops in an international environment, and drive the success of the CS FI digitalisation roadmap through joint implementation with the countries.
- Work across departments and processes with community management expertise, ensuring the availability of decision‑relevant information and making the contribution to business success measurable.
Your qualifications and experience
- Hold a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, or possess substantial professional experience and further qualifications in the field without an academic degree.
- Have many years of professional experience and excellent knowledge in IT and digitalisation, ideally with a finance focus, especially in planning and reporting solutions.
- Have strong expertise in implementing innovative software tools, preferably using the Microsoft Power Platform, to enable transparency and digitalisation.
- Have experience creating agents and applying modern data analysis and automation tools from concept to operation.
- Have proven experience in the SAP environment on a transactional basis and understand how these systems interact with master data systems.
- Have experience implementing global projects.

- Work in a highly international environment; prior intercultural experience is an advantage.
- Possess an open and communicative working style, combined with business‑fluent English, enabling international and cross‑functional collaboration; additional German skills are a strong plus.
- Use knowledge of new technologies, a proactive approach, and a digital mindset to play a key role in the digital transformation of various processes and inspire those around you.
- Proactively solve problems and present analysis results along with solutions in a fact‑based manner.
