SprintRay Europe GmbH is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-quality 3D printing solutions for the dental sector. We are seeking a Digital Workflow Specialist to join our dynamic team in Italy.

Principali responsabilità

• Provide consulting and support to dentists, orthodontists, and dental technicians on the use of our 3D printing solutions.
• Train and support dental sector commercial partners through workshops, joint client visits, and events.
• Independently manage and develop the assigned sales territory in Italy.
• Position SprintRay as a leader in innovation and market presence in digital dentistry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and opinion leaders.
• Deliver product training courses, workshops, and presentations at trade shows and symposia.
• Collaborate with other digital workflow partners (e.g., intraoral scanner, implant, and CAD/CAM software vendors).
• Use our CRM system (Salesforce) to monitor client performance and activities.
• Assume responsibility for achieving sales targets and reporting results.

Requisiti richiesti

• At least 3 years of professional experience in dental product sales or digital workflow solutions.
• Solid knowledge of dentistry and/or dental technology.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems or digital workflows strongly preferred.
• Residence in Italy, with availability to travel within the region.
• Fluent English; native level Italian.
• Comfort with modern IT systems and CRM tools (Salesforce experience considered a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical, autonomous, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for innovation and technology.

Requisiti preferenziali

• Completed training or degree in dentistry or commercial field (e.g., dental technician).
• Experience with 3D printing considered a plus.
