Help us grow our European footprint — we’re hiring a Digital Workflow Specialist – Italy (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and support dentists, orthodontists, and dental laboratories on the use of our 3D printing solutions
• Train and support dental trade partners through workshops, joint customer visits, and events
• Independently manage and develop your sales territory in Italy
• Position SprintRay as an innovation and market leader in digital dentistry
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
• Conduct product trainings, workshops, and presentations at trade shows and symposia
• Collaborate with other digital workflow partners (e.g., intraoral scanner, implant, and CAD software manufacturers)
• Use our CRM system (Salesforce) to track performance and customer activities
• Take responsibility for achieving your sales targets and reporting results

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in selling dental products or digital workflow solutions
• Strong knowledge of dentistry and/or dental technology
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems or digital workflows is highly desirable
• Located in Italy, with willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent in English; Italian at native level
• Comfortable using modern IT systems and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, self‑driven, and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Team player with enthusiasm for innovation and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed education or degree in a dental or commercial field (e.g., dental technician)
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus
