We are looking for the following position at our headquarters on site in Hechingen to start as soon as possible:

Your mission

• You define the digital workplace roadmap, architecture, and governance standards for tool usage and best practices.
• You administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure, and our collaboration platforms.
• You develop automation solutions using PowerShell and the Power Platform to streamline and optimize processes.
• Solution Design & Implementation: You deploy modern workplace solutions, including device management (Windows, iOS, Android), endpoint security, and A/V technology.
• You manage and support Microsoft 365 services and other collaboration platforms.
• User Support & Training: You provide 3rd‑level support, troubleshooting, and onboarding assistance for users.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience.
• Ideally, you bring at least 3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint engineering, or digital workplace roles; project management experience is a plus.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), Power Automate, Power Platform, SQL, REST APIs, and API development.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL v4 frameworks is an advantage.
• You possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
• You communicate confidently in English and German.
• You enjoy working primarily on-site and value close collaboration with the team.
