We are looking for a dedicated dipl. Pflegefachperson (a) to join our interdisciplinary surgical department consisting of 28 beds, including an 8‑bed week‑clinic, starting 1 February 2026 (or by agreement).

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for holistic, professionally grounded care and accompany patients with engagement and heart.
• Lead a nursing team comprising practical nurses, nursing assistants, students, and trainees with overview, teamwork, and finesse.
• Manage the nursing process confidently, supported by our digital clinical information system, and ensure precise, traceable documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve care processes, contributing ideas and proactively shaping workflows.
• Serve as a mentor, supporting students and trainees along their path into the nursing profession.

Qualifications

• Diploma as a nursing professional (HF/FH) or near graduation, with preferably prior experience in acute care.
• Interest in the rich medical spectrum of a family‑centric peripheral hospital.
• Respectful and appreciative interaction with patients, placing their best care at the forefront.
• Detail‑oriented, conscientious, and willing to take responsibility.
• Commitment to continuous development and eager to expand skills.
• Proficiency in German; with a foreign diploma, a B2 qualification is required.
