Job Opportunity: Commercial Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious leader to fill the position of Commercial Director within our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Ownership: The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany, ensuring commercial success and meeting sales targets.
• Customer Strategy: Develop differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals, to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives to ensure seamless delivery of customer objectives.

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record in sales (Mass channel is ideal) with minimum 8-10 years' experience at senior leadership level. Strong negotiation skills, trade spend management & market share growth experience are essential.
