The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with : Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting :

Director – Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency

Performance Management and Leadership

• Set performance criteria for the operational unit and lead the staff performance review process;
• Ensure quality of service delivery to clients, implementation and follow‑up of dashboards and success measurement metrics (KPIs);
• Identifying training and development needs for team members, actively contributing to the Company’s Training Committee ;
• Actively involved in client relationship management, with client satisfaction as the core target;
• Foster an environment of employee participation, teamwork, and effective communication within the team;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless interactions and productive collaboration.

FATA Product Roadmap and Delivery

• Formulate a Product Roadmap for FATA according to the growth targets for the department;
• Engage with designated clients and lead client‑facing projects;
• Ensure the delivery of the FATA product roadmap within budget constraints;
• Facilitate risk and issue management with senior stakeholders.

Operational Excellence and Platform Enhancement

• Strive for continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
• Support the Director of Business Implementation and Digital Platform in the production of KPIs for product roadmap initiatives;
• Supervise the creation and maintenance of delivery procedures;
• Ensure user management access aligns with security policies.

Customer Onboarding and Stakeholder Management

• Identify opportunities to optimise the existing customer onboarding process;
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to implement solutions for enhanced efficiency;
• Align onboarding goals with customer objectives;
• Build positive customer relationships for a loyal customer base.

Communication and Collaboration

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams;
• Ensure a seamless flow of information and understanding of stakeholder needs.

Profile

• University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery within a central administration function for Alternative Investment Funds and a proven track record of exposure to investment funds with different NAV frequencies;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in fund accounting within AIF, various regulated and non-regulated vehicles;
• Experience with transformation / change management, global process and control framework implementation and system migrations;
• Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams;
• Initiative taking and excellent organisation skills;
• Strong client‑focus with the ability to develop and maintain important client relationships;
• Excellent communication skills and positive and ‘can‑do’ attitude.
