Your Contribution

• Shape and implement unified global business standards, policies, and best practices fully aligned with CGM’s strategy.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the SAP CX Suite transformation, ensuring optimal integration, data quality, and process automation.
• Design and continuously improve best-in‑class processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, CX) to create measurable business value.
• Lead global change programs, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and embed new ways of working across the organization.
• Define KPIs, manage budgets and external partners, and establish a framework for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field with a record of strong academic achievement.
• Proven international leadership background in business transformation, ideally in software, technology, or healthcare industries.
• Deep knowledge of process design, re‑engineering, and large‑scale SAP S/4HANA/CX Suite (or comparable ERP) programs across multi‑country environments.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing, multicultural teams while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Ability to translate high‑level vision into actionable initiatives and deliver tangible results.
