Responsibilities

Shape and implement unified global business standards policies and best practices fully aligned with CGMs strategy.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the SAP CX Suite transformation ensuring optimal integration, data quality and process automation.
Design and continuously improve best-in-class processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, CX) to create measurable business value.
Lead global change programs, secure stakeholder buy‑in and embed new ways of working across the organization.
Define KPIs, manage budgets and external partners, and establish a framework for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field with a record of strong academic achievement.
Proven international leadership background in business transformation, ideally in software technology or healthcare industries.
Deep knowledge of process design, re‑engineering and large‑scale SAP S/4HANA/CX Suite (or comparable ERP) programs across multi‑country environments.
Track record of building and leading high‑performing multicultural teams while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
Ability to translate high‑level vision into actionable initiatives and deliver tangible results.
