Your mission

We are now looking for a Director Marketing (Focus: Performance & Growth) who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven, and entrepreneurial environment. As a passionate leader, you will drive scalable, profitable growth across multiple markets and channels, leading a high‑performing international team on our journey to reach €100M in sales over the next years.

Your profile

• Experience: +4 years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing — ideally within a D2C, beauty, or health brand environment.
• Expertise:
  • Proven track record of managing large, multi‑market 8‑figure budgets and achieving ambitious performance goals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with deep knowledge of paid media, tracking, and conversion funnels.
  • Excellent understanding of data, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
  • Define and execute cross‑channel strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Foster a structured testing culture to maximize performance learnings.
  • Hands‑on experience with key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Mindset & Personality:
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly results‑driven.
