The Team

Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short‑term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium‑sized businesses and international corporations.

How you will contribute

As aDirector (m/f/d) - Deals you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team:

• Strategic Realignment - participate in projects for realigning portfolio strategies, corporate organizations, or enhancing company-wide efficiency.
• Portfolio Measures - identify, develop, and evaluate portfolio measures in buy‑side and sell‑side situations.
• M&A Transformations - plan and implement M&A transformations with a focus on value enhancement.
• Project Management - lead and drive workstreams in transformation and transaction projects in collaboration with client stakeholders

Qualifications

• An excellent university degree and well-developed analytical skills:
• Years of experience in a leading international consultancy, additional relevant industry experience is highly valued;
• In-depth knowledge of transformation projects with a focus on M&A, restructuring, and/or value creation programs;
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results, charismatic personality;
• Collaborative, and confident working style, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
