As Director of Human Resources, you will be a key part of our People team that is responsible for the whole employee lifecycle and company operations. Together with our passionate team of 10+ members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies, enabling the global growth of Quantum-Systems Group around the globe. What is your Day-to-Day Mission: Unleashing growth - Raise our People department to a new level, to enable the company’s hypergrowth track.Global People Budgeting & Cost Management – Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for the People function across all regions.Leadership Development & High-Performance Culture – Design and implement global high-potential programs, succession planning strategies, and initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.Global People Harmonization – Lead the alignment and optimization of people-related tools, systems, and service delivery models across the organization.Workforce Planning Standardization – Drive the creation and implementation of standardized workforce planning processes across the QS Group.Extended Management Representation – Act as the senior representative for People topics in the Extended Management and executive leadership forums.Workforce Strategy & Resource Decisions – Advise on strategic workforce composition, including the balance between permanent hires, contractors, and work package outsourcing.Change Management & M&A Integration – Provide strategic leadership and guidance to support acquisitions and investments within the QS Group, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company culture and strategy.Benefits & Rewards Strategy – Develop and implement a group-wide benefits and rewards framework, along with long-term strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent. What you bring to the team: +/- 15 years of progressive experience in senior People leadership roles.Proven success in fast-scaling, international business environments.Deep expertise in global people transformation, M&A integration, and scaling organizations during periods of high growth.Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.Track record of building and leading high-performance cultures.Strong background in organizational design, talent strategy, and global compensation.Passion for the defense sector and a clear understanding of mission-critical operations.Fluent in German, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Based in the Munich area, with the ability to work onsite four days per week.
