The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to align Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Client Success under one unified data and process framework. You’ll own our global HubSpot ecosystem, turning revenue goals into systems, automation, and insights that drive growth.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role for someone who thrives on precision, systems thinking and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the HubSpot architecture: automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Define and maintain MQL/SQL frameworks, lead scoring, and buyer journey alignment.
  • Build dashboards tracking funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and revenue forecasting.
  • Lead cross-functional projects connecting Marketing → Sales → Client Success.
  • Manage a small RevOps team across data, automation, and analytics.
  • Champion data integrity, process scalability, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Revenue, Marketing or Sales Operations (B2B/service preferred).
  • 3+ years managing HubSpot or comparable CRM ecosystems.
  • Proven track record driving conversion, lead quality and predictability.
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Builder mindset: proactive, analytical and outcome-focused.
