About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Redcare's own brand portfolio across Europe. In this newly created leadership role, you'll build and lead a team of specialists while steering a long-term vision to make Redcare products a cornerstone of our customer experience and growth strategy.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• You'll scale our own brand business from a solid foundation to the next level—across categories like OTC, beauty, supplements, wellness, and more
• You'll build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of experts in product development, category management and go-to-market to accelerate Redcare's own brand success
• You'll define and implement a comprehensive short- and long-term own brand strategy, including a clear brand identity and architecture for all European markets
• You'll manage the full product lifecycle, from identifying market potential to development and launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective product management, and commercial performance
• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to create an ideal setup for our own brand operations
• You'll identify innovation opportunities, including licensing and strategic partnerships—to expand the own brand portfolio by leveraging consumer insights and market trends

Qualifications

About y ou:

• You bring solid experience in private label/ own brand leadership, with a background in the pharmaceutical/ OTC, BPC, supplements, or nutrition sectors
• You have a strong track record in both product development and commercial strategy: having built impactful own brand products and defined brand identities and value propositions for diverse markets and customer needs
• Ideally, you have an established network in the CDMO/ CMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) ecosystem and experience with licensing deals
• You're excited by a leadership role where your vision shapes a Europe-wide product footprint, and you have experience leading your own team as well as steering cross-functional teams
• You're business fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Regular presence in the Berlin office, on a weekly basis, is required and you can expect occasional trips to the Cologne hub and our Dutch HQ in Venlo (Netherlands)
