As a Dispatcher in Claims Management, you make sure our field experts are always in the right place at the right time. You plan their routes, coordinate appointments, and act as the go-to person for customers, partners, and colleagues. Simply put: without you, nothing works.

Responsibilities

• Plan & optimize routes: Ensure our field staff travel efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate appointments: Match customer and partner schedules to create the perfect fit.
• Keep processes smooth: Oversee inspections so that everything goes as planned.
• Be the go-to contact: Support our field experts with answers and coordination whenever needed.
• Handle organization: From booking hotels to liaising with insurers, dealerships, and workshops – you keep it all connected.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a commercial or technical field
• Organizational talent: you stay on top of multiple tasks and schedules
• Strong communicator: you know how to adapt your tone for customers, colleagues, or workshops
• Problem‑solver mindset: flexible and quick to react when things change
