The Dispatcher Coordinator (m/w/d) is responsible for the Installation planning and logistical organization planning and coordination and prioritization of the assignments for our field service teams in Germany and Austria.

This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter in Krefeld, Germany and reports to the Manager Customer Support.

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities

• Field service repair visit planning and system maintenance planning
• Ordering spare parts for our Field Service Teams, including spare parts courier services
• Support Field Service Teams including Task planning

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a role in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the field of medical diagnostics or healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in German. Good level English; and any additional language is a bonus

Der Disponent/Koordinator (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Installationsplanung sowie die logistische Organisation, Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung der Einsätze unserer Field-Service-Teams in Deutschland und Österreich.

Diese Position ist vor Ort in unserem Beckman-Coulter-Büro in Krefeld, Deutschland, angesiedelt und berichtet an den Manager Customer Support.

• Bestellung von Ersatzteilen für unsere Field-Service-Teams, einschließlich Kurierdiensten
• Unterstützung der Field-Service-Teams, einschließlich Aufgabenplanung

Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen gehören:

• Mindestens 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Rolle in der Einsatzplanung, Logistik oder im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich der medizinischen Diagnostik oder Gesundheitsversorgung
• Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und gutes Zeitmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
• Fließende Deutsch- und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
