Dispatcher Coordinator (m/w/d)

The Dispatcher Coordinator is responsible for the installation planning and logistical organization planning and coordination and prioritization of the assignments for our field service teams in Germany and Austria.

This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter in Krefeld, Germany and reports to the Manager Customer Support.

Key responsibilities

• Installation planning and logistical organization planning
• Ordering spare parts for our Field Service Teams, including spare parts courier services
• Support in the creation of orders in ServiceMax
• FSE repair – deployment planning and maintenance planning
• Support of the Regional Service Manager in field escalations
• Processing of inquiries regarding NOX shipping
• Measurement device calibration process including regulatory documentation
• Quotation preparation, order processing and invoice processing
• Calculation of service deployments
• Maintenance and processing of special requirements in the system

Essential requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a role in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the field of medical diagnostics or healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in German and English, any additional languages are a bonus!

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in a multicultural company in the healthcare industry

Der Disponent Koordinator ist verantwortlich für die Installationsplanung und logistische Organisation sowie die Koordination und Priorisierung der Aufträge für unsere Außendienstteams in Deutschland und Österreich.

Diese Position ist eine Vor-Ort-Position in unserem Büro bei Beckman Coulter in Krefeld, Deutschland, und untersteht dem Manager Customer Support.

Aufgaben:

• Installationsplanung und logistische Organisation
• Bestellung von Ersatzteilen für unsere Außendienstteams, einschließlich Ersatzteil-Kurierdiensten
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Aufträgen in ServiceMax
• FSE-Reparatur – Einsatzplanung und Wartungsplanung
• Unterstützung des Regional Service Managers bei Eskalationen vor Ort
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen zum NOX-Versand
• Kalibrierungsprozess für Messgeräte einschließlich der erforderlichen Dokumentation
• Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Rechnungsbearbeitung
• Berechnung von Serviceeinsätzen
• Pflege und Bearbeitung von Sonderanforderungen im System

Wesentliche Anforderungen:

• Mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Position im Versand in der Logistik oder im Kundenservice, vorzugsweise im Bereich der medizinischen Diagnostik oder im Gesundheitswesen.
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil!
