Key Responsibilities

• Main contact for our dealers regarding vehicle availability, delivery dates, and stock levels
• Maintain close coordination and communication with dealers to ensure reliable support
• Manage the operational vehicle disposition process from order to delivery
• Analyze and monitor vehicle inventories, forecasts, and sales planning
• Prepare and evaluate KPIs and reports (e.g., delivery volumes, turnover rates, variance analyses)
• Develop and implement measures to optimize inventory in close cooperation with Sales and Finance
• Ensure high data quality within ERP systems and the dealer portal
• Support projects aimed at process and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
• Professional experience in allocation, logistics, or production planning, ideally within the automotive sector
• Strong service orientation and communication skills in dealing with dealers and business partners
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong team spirit
• Excellent German skills and business‑fluent English skills
