Distributed Control System Engineer

Contract Duration: 9 Months (Until the end of the year)

Location: Germany

Rate: Competitive (Excluding travel and accommodation as the company will provide this separately)

Language Requirements: B1 / B2 German and Desirable to have English

Hours: 40 Hours a week

Rotations: 3 weeks onsite and one week working remote or off (TBC)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating control systems
• The candidate will be moving old systems to new systems and would be doing safe transfers and signaling.
• Practical experience with ICC, FoxCAE, and IEE
• Strong knowledge of FoxView / FoxDraw / Schneider Electric
• Solid general knowledge of industrial automation and DCS systems
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (P&IDs, wiring diagrams, functional diagrams)

Project / Industry Experience:

• The project is in the oil and gas industry, but this isn't a mandatory requirement
