Document Control Manager

Overview

Blackfield Associates are exclusively supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation in the search for a Documentation Control Lead based in Frankfurt, Germany.

This is a large greenfield CAPEX project to build a cutting-edge automated facility, with a project value of €500m+.

This role leads all Documentation management activities from Basic Engineering through to end of Qualification, in accordance with EHS, Quality, Engineering, Business & Users requirements, standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design a detailed approach to manage all documentation
• Coordinate the documentation management work with the EPC/MCQ engineering contractor for the documentation management topic and all project disciplines
• Ensure all documents are managed, identified and stored as per project procedures and global procedures

Qualifications

• Multiple years in managing direct and indirect teams across document control environments within the life sciences industry
• Technical German and English required
