Documentum Architect (xCP/D2/Process Builder)

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Documentum technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Documentum xCP, Process Builder, D2, Administrator, and Foundation Classes. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our document management systems.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust Documentum solutions to enhance document management capabilities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the development and deployment of Documentum xCP applications to streamline business processes.
Provide technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder to optimize workflow automation.
Ensure the seamless integration of Documentum D2 with existing systems to improve user experience.
Administer and maintain Documentum environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Utilize Documentum Foundation Classes to develop custom solutions that meet specific business needs.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues and minimize downtime.
Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Documentum technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support project delivery and decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Documentum xCP, Process Builder, D2, Administrator, and Foundation Classes.
Experience designing and implementing Documentum solutions in a hybrid work model.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Proficiency in integrating Documentum systems with other enterprise applications.
Background in the automotive industry (valued).
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
