Driver Attention Control (DAC) Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Driver Attention Control (DAC) Specialist to perform testing, validation, and homologation of driver awareness and distraction warning systems in vehicles. The role involves hands‑on testing, data analysis, and regulatory compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Driver Attention Control (DAC), Driver Drowsiness Attention Warning (DDAW), and Advanced Driver Distraction Warning (ADDW) testing in vehicles.
• Perform KPI evaluation as per regulatory and functional requirements.
• Manage and execute homologation processes, including acceptance drives and TÜV documentation.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies (TÜV) to achieve compliance for driver monitoring systems.
• Plan and conduct real‑world test drives to validate system accuracy and performance.

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with driver monitoring systems and sensor‑based validation in vehicles.
• Strong understanding of homologation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in vehicle testing, performance evaluation, and system validation.
• Experience working with automotive safety standards and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
