Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible, including counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for detailed analysis. Our teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project Overview

This project aims to capture high-quality visuals of streets, points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries using vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and lidars. The data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and used to enhance online mapping platforms. Data collectors will follow pre-assigned routes, focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest, with some areas revisited under favorable weather conditions. The project duration varies from 3 to 6 months depending on the scope.

Work Schedule

Full-time engagement during standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).

Recruitment Process

Steps include a safety driving test, interview, and onboarding.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a valid EU driver’s license
• Maintains a clean criminal and driving record background check
• Has at least 5 years of driving experience
• Has professional driving experience (taxi, delivery, logistics)
• Proficient in English and the local language
• Tech-savvy, experienced with GSuite tools
• Basic vehicle mechanics knowledge
• Responsible, reliable, professional
• Enjoys traveling and exploring
• Familiar with the operational area
