In this key role, you will be the link between us and the transmission system operators (TSOs), distribution system operators (DSOs), and political decision-makers. You will shape strategic relationships, identify regulatory developments early on, and play a crucial role in successfully bringing our projects online.

Development and implementation of a strategy for cooperation with TSO/DSO and relevant authorities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and political institutions
Support with grid connection procedures and critical approval processes – from grid compatibility testing to commissioning
Translation of regulatory requirements into concrete measures for our internal teams (Development, Delivery, Commercial, Operations)
Monitoring and analysis of regulatory developments, building a knowledge base on network structures and contact persons
Contribute as a reliable partner in the energy industry – including technical articles, media relations and PR initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Communication.
Support in developing grid-friendly project solutions that combine technical requirements and economic viability.

Your profile

Completed studies in energy economics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in cooperation with network operators (TSO/DSO) or in energy industry/regulatory bodies
Having an existing network of TSO and DSO contacts is a clear advantage.
Very good understanding of the German and European regulatory landscape
Knowledge of grid connection procedures, grid compatibility tests and approval processes
Strong communication and strategic skills, confident in dealing with authorities, network operators and political institutions.
Experience in stakeholder and influence management as well as in cross-functional collaboration
Analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with diplomatic skills and negotiation skills.
Enjoyment in building and maintaining networks – both on a technical and a political level.
Very good German and English skills
