You are looking for the optimal combination of theory and professional practice?
During the dual course of study Business Administration, you will pass through all departments of FRS in Flensburg. The degree takes place either at the Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein in Flensburg, Kiel or Lübeck (Bachelor of Arts, 3 years) at the Nordakademie in Elmshorn (Bachelor of Science, 3,5 years). In a three-month cycle, you will be alternating between spending your pracital phases in our company and going to university.
In addition to the dual study degree, you will also get the opportunity to train as a business management assistant (m/f/d) at the IHK.

You fulfill the following requirements?

• An advanced technical college certificate or Abitur
• Interest in business and maritime topics
• Interest in visits to selected FRS subsidiaries at home and abroad
• Enjoy dealing with people and being part of a team
