Your Team

The Global Portfolio Solutions team seeks a motivated Dual Master’s Student to contribute to innovative Portfolio Solutions (e.g., MGAs).

The Impact You Will Have

Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic global environment, working closely with the Global Head of Portfolio Solutions and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Support (PMO): Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects; coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Portfolio Solutions Page: Develop and maintain the internal communication page for Portfolio Solutions, ensuring up‑to‑date, relevant, and accessible content.
• Playbook Creation and Process Mapping: Map processes across functions and create playbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Regional Teams: Help regional teams operationally manage and onboard new partnerships.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market‑trend research in the MGA and facilities space, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights.
• Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present findings and updates; communicate results to stakeholders, including senior management.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Previous experience or internships in insurance or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or similar.
• Very good project‑management skills.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office and MS Teams.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in insurance.
• Business‑fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and explore AI to enhance your role; openness to a two‑year fully sponsored program.

Further Information

Program for recent bachelor’s graduates to start a master’s at Steinbeis while employed at Allianz Commercial. Fully sponsored two‑year dual educational and professional initiative.

Duration: 24 months
Work model: Hybrid (remote and office flexibly)
