That's The Job

• Active support in the Technical Customer Support department – closely involved in practical tasks from day one
• Participation in product testing and compatibility verification of transceivers in various network environments
• Analysis of technical challenges and assistance in finding solutions as part of a team
• Documentation of test results and contribution to internal knowledge databases
• Involvement in projects related to network operations , optical transmission , and IT infrastructure

That's You

• Completed technical college entrance qualification or general higher education entrance qualification, as a requirement for commencing a dual degree programme
• Willingness to start the dual degree programme in Communication and Systems Engineering (B.Eng.) with a technical focus together with us
• Interest in technology , particularly in networking , optical systems , or programming
• Self-initiative , eagerness to learn , and a meticulous working approach
• Proficient communication skills in German and English (B2 level)
