Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Acquisition of fundamental engineering knowledge with a focus on electronics and modern automotive technology
• Transfer of relevant knowledge in mathematics, physics, and computer science to support a sound understanding of electrical engineering challenges
• Development of theoretical and practical skills in core areas of electrical engineering, such as electronics, systems theory, and microcomputer technology
• Solid theoretical foundation through the dual study program in Electrical and Information Engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, combined with hands-on application in our company
• Practical application of acquired knowledge in real-world projects to promote a holistic understanding of technical and operational contexts
• Opportunity to choose training departments such as Project Management, Business Development, and Validation, enabling you to shape your individual career path

This is what you bring to us:

• Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with a successfully passed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable)
• Very good to good grades in mathematics and physics/chemistry
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination, and initiative
• Willingness to spend the theoretical study phases in Baden-Württemberg at the Friedrichshafen campus in Ravensburg

You can expect fair compensation from us:

• 1st year of training: €1,361.00
• 2nd year of training: €1,440.00
• 3rd year of training: €1,525.00
