Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

Combination of practical training as an industrial business management assistant with a future-oriented degree in “Management & Digitalization” at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich
Acquisition of an IHK degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree within 4.5 years for an optimal combination of theory and practice
Acquisition of scientific know-how and IT-skills, insights into IT-management, digital business, change management, and data protection, development of digital strategies, mediation between specialist departments and IT-teams and active support of digital development processes with innovative software and tools
Independent selection of practical training stations such as project management, human resources development or controlling, as well as other exciting areas of the company for the targeted development of your own interests and strengths and to deepen the theoretical knowledge you have acquired
Independent participation in cross-departmental projects to promote teamwork, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking

Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification
Very good to good grades in economics subjects, Math and English
Interest in commercial tasks
Perservance, willingness to learn, determination and initiative

You can expect fair compensation from us:

1st year of training: 1.337,00 Euro
2nd year of training: 1.398,00 Euro
3rd year of training: 1.480,00 Euro
4th year of training: 1.777,00 Euro
5th year of training: 1.926,00 Euro
