Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel-powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Combination of theoretical phases at Hochschule Stralsund, Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, or Hochschule Wismar with practical phases at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Neubrandenburg
• Practical experience depending on the study program (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronics & Automation, Engineering - Design, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics, or Electrical Engineering) in various technical departments
• Participation in projects related to heating and cooling systems, thermal management, and e-mobility
• Insights into development, design, production, logistics, and quality assurance
• Building a broad technical foundation

This is what you bring to us:

• (Technical) high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good grades in mathematics and natural sciences
• Interest in a technical dual study program in the mentioned fields of study
• Enthusiasm for technical issues and the automotive industry
• Analytical thinking skills, teamwork, and initiative
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with new technologies and take on responsibility

You can expect fair compensation from us:

• 1st year of training: 1.223,00 Euro
• 2nd year of training: 1.325,00 Euro
• 3rd year of training: 1.412,00 Euro
• 4th year of training: 1.493,00 Euro
