The three-year apprenticeship program includes the final examination to become an IT specialist in system integration at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the bachelor's degree, which you will obtain in parallel at the BHH (Hamburg University of Applied Sciences) as part of the dual model. This dual training program is therefore an excellent alternative to studying information technology at a university.

We will prepare you intensively for your work in our IT system administration:

• You will quickly become familiar with our modern IT systems: As an IT specialist, you will always have an overview of everything that happens here and around the Windows operating systems, and you will gain insights into our process and project management right from the start.
• In addition, you will learn how to monitor our global infrastructure and cloud services based on Microsoft 365 and Azure and how to install hardware and software.
• Together with your experienced colleagues in an international team, you will be responsible for a user help desk and will be available to answer IT questions in a friendly and helpful manner. You will analyze errors by phone and email and find suitable solutions.
• Your tasks will also include user administration and reporting faults in our ticket system.

The practical part at HELM is complemented by school-based training at the Berufliche Schule ITECH vocational school in Hamburg.
